Small but impeccable studio loft with views

I may make the flat available after June 11 for stays between one and six weeks (except for July 5-22). The flat will be for your exclusive use for a short-let rate to be negotiated. After the summer, I'll be normally looking for a minimum rental period of six months shared with me and the conditions below. For any question, do get in touch. Close to Nation square and on the 7th floor of a historic Haussmann-style building, this small studio (chambre de bonne, 10 sqm) is fully furnished, of a very good standard and completely refurbished. Charming, bright, functional and quiet, it boasts a small bathroom and small kitchen. There is some storage space in the entrance area. The space is normally for one person but a couple might fit exceptionally. Small double bed sofa. The WC is outside, just opposite on a quiet landing. Utilities are included, but the tenant pays for electricity. The studio will normally be yours, but you will need to be able to find somewhere else to stay when I need the studio myself. I come every one, two or three months with an average of three to no more than five nights a month. The dates can normally be negotiated and they are known well in advance. The studio won't be a main rental but a pied-à-terre for someone who won't be in Paris all the time. Or for someone who can easily stay with friends or for a professional who's sometimes away on business... You don't need a lot of space for your belongings and you respect the silence in the building. I'm sociable, flexible and quiet, just like you! :)
