Hello I am a faculty member subletting my furnished 2 BD apartment August 1st (preferably starting date August 8th) to September 5th, dates are negotiable. I am leaving my 7-year-old cat who is a wonderful and low maintenance companion but not a good traveler! There is also a great rooftop in the building, portable AC and fans, laundry in the building and 24-hour doorman

Comments: Columbia housing with a 24 hour doorman, a laundry room downstairs, a portable AC and two fans. There is also a beautiful rooftop with inside and outside space. And again there is a my 5 year old healthy cat in the apartment!

Comments: 5 minute walk from Columbia campus and close to three public parks. The place comes with a 5 year old CAT!
