Patio furniture included with fire pit (propane not included). 2-car garage, washer and dryer. Newly remodeled kitchen. UC Irvine is just a 20-minute drive on the 5 Freeway. A quiet, beautiful place to relax. Must have a credit score of at least 700 to qualify. 6mo. minimum with option to reapply.
