Mid-Century Gem in East Greenwich for Rent Spring Semester 2027

We are two academics going on sabbatical in Spring 2027. We want to rent our beautiful mid-century home with pool and garden to a mature and responsible party. The house is in great shape and close to beaches, shopping, cafes and grocery stores. You will be in a quiet neighborhood. It is generally warm here in the summer and we have air conditioning for those sweltering days. And it can be cold in Rhode Island in the Winter but we have a new heating system that works very well. The patios are perfect for outdoor lounging and eating. And the seasonal 15 meter pool is nice for laps or play from May to October. The house features two full bathrooms, one an en-suite in the primary bedroom, the other a renovated upstairs bathroom with a soaking tub and bidet toiler. There is a half bathroom downstairs. We have two bedrooms set up and two studies but one study could be used as a bedroom too. The kitchen is the center of the house and opens into a family room with comfortable seating and an entertainments system. But, as you enter the house from the main level, there is an additional living room for reading or sitting. We have high speed internet, the pool is heated, the house is energy efficient.
