Our flat is wonderful, calm and green, but central and accessible. It’s a 20 minute walk to the British Library, and all the universities mentioned. The flat has three bedrooms, but right now it is one office and two bedrooms. The kitchen is tasteful and fully equipped, with everything you need. This place is a home, not a rental. The entire flat was renovated in 2022. The floor reclaimed Canadian maple oak from an old shop in Hampstead; the radiators are cast iron; the windows are all double glazed with draught excluders, the flat stays warm in winter and cool in summer; there is plenty of desk space, if working from home is your thing. My place is suitable for families, but also young professionals, post docs, etc. Let me know if you have questions.
