I'm leaving Kitchener for about a year (potentially longer), and I'd love to share my cozy home with someone who will appreciate it as much as I do. My condo is a comfortable 1 bedroom plus office space (den) that I've furnished with all brand new furniture to create a nice, clean home in the middle of downtown. What I love about living here: - The building is brand new (finished in 2022) - Having two bathrooms is incredibly convenient, especially when guests visit - The den makes for an ideal home office - I've spent many productive hours there - The gym downstairs has been my go-to for quick workouts - Grabbing food or picking up prescriptions is super easy with restaurants and a pharmacy right in the building - 24-hour concierge Location-wise, it's perfect if you're affiliated with Conestoga College - the downtown campus is right across the street. And if you need to zip to Uptown Waterloo or University of Watelroo, the LRT stop is just steps away (15-minute ride to uptown). I'm open to rental periods between 1-12 months, but I'm flexible.
