Sunny one bedroom balcony, sea views, high floor, beach 2min, renovated

I spent about 2 weeks in this wonderful apartment close to the center of Nice. Walking distance to the Promenade and famous sites/museums was less than 10 minutes. The place was squeaky clean and had all the things needed for a longer stay - coffee machine, keddle, full kitchen with microwave, a cozy living room, washing machines/dryer in the moden bathroom, and excellent WiFi. The best thing for me was the terrace with views over the city, the mountains, and even a bit over the sea. The terrace was my favorite hangout in the morning when the it is sun-drenched.

Communication with the owner was super easy. Susan is very responsive. I would stay in her place again anytime.

Overall, I was very happy with the apartment, it was very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is good, a grocery store next door and only 500 m to the waterfront. An extra plus to have a balcony. Susan is very lovely. I stayed for two months and would not hesitate to stay there again for longer periods of time.
