I am a 22 year resident of Ithaca that is about to embark on a new career path. I have loved my location and my reliable home and I am looking for responsible tenants that want to experience all the wonderful things Ithaca has to offer. The South Hill neighborhood where the home is located is ideally situated in between both Ithaca College and Cornell University. You are less than a mile from numerous downtown shops and restaurants, there is access to public transportation within feet of the property, and you are within walking distance to two different entrances of the beautiful South Hill Biking and Hiking Trail. Cayuga Lake is 3.5 miles from this family oriented neighborhood with plenty of access to grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and retail shops. I am looking for someone who wants to enjoy and explore all the outdoors has to offer, as well as enjoy living in a quiet, clean and friendly neighborhood.
