This light-filled home 2 miles from downtown Ann Arbor has been my haven for 20 years. It comes fully furnished and has everything you need for comfortably living, from bedding to towels, to kitchen tools and appliances. Enjoy cozying up with a good book in front of the wood burning fireplace or relaxing with music on the Sonos speakers. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen sized beds. There are TVs in the family room (above the fireplace) and in the living room. The partially finished basement has a gym with an elliptical, free weights, weight bench and TV. My first floor therapy room has a printer and desk and can be used as an office. There are three good coffee shops, an Indian restaurant, and a local pub within walking distance. Trader Joe's is 1.7 miles away, Whole Foods is 2 miles away, and a lovely wooded park is one mile away. The bus line is a block away. Costco is 3 miles away. Briarwood Mall is about 2 1/2 miles away, as is access to the freeway (94).

Comments: My neighbors will periodically start/drive my car. My car will occupy one side of the 2 car garage. Ann Arbor City Ordinance requires sidewalk snow removal within 24 hours for any depth of snow above 1". You could be fined if you fail to shovel.

Comments: Fully furnished home with recent upstairs renovation (2020) on a quiet street in the Bryant-Pattengill neighborhood. This light-filled 2-bedroom home is 2 miles from downtown Ann Arbor, and a block from the bus line. Trader Joe’s is 1.7 miles, and the County Farm Park is 1.0 mile away, with access to the freeways within 7-8 minutes. It features a fully equipped kitchen, family room with wood-burning fire place, living room, dining room, office, spacious deck and a yard with a fire pit. The two-car garage is attached to the house. The house is fully equipped with everything you need from bedding to towels, to kitchen tools and appliances. The basement is partially finished with a gym area that includes an elliptical, free weights, smart TV and a bench. We cannot accommodate pets or smokers: this is non-negotiable.
