We would welcome someone who is respectful, clean and who will take care of the home. The home will work for an individual, several individuals or a family. It is child friendly. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe with wonderful shops and restaurants nearby. Lake Temescal is walking distance. Chabot Observatory is just up the hill. Hillcrest Elementary (K-8) just down the street. The well-stocked, high-end Village Market is also walking distance and is next to the Terrace Cafe.
