Corner unit in a condo building. This is a 2-storey open concept loft with windows all around. It's bright and quiet, perfect for studying, writing and working. I am self-employeed and work from home 24/7 so the place is designed for that. There are many amenities including 24 hour conceirge, rooftop, BBQs, fitness centre, yoga studio, sauna, office, and party room. There is a little balcony overlooking the park - perfect for having a morning coffee and doing work outside when the weather cooperates. There are 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs, 1 downstairs), a soaker tub and standalone shower. There are dual sinks in the upstairs bathroom - perfect for a couple. There's plenty of closet space including a walk-in closet and dresser. Washer and dryer in suite. A little office nook overlooks the quiet sidestreet and offers perfect natural lighting for your Zoom calls. The kitchen is fully stocked including wine fridge, full-size fridge, air fryer, microwave, slow cooker, instant pot, electric grill, toaster-oven, and full set of kitchen utensils. I'm Italian so cooking is important to me! I have plenty of house plants so if you're a green thumb you'll love it here! If not, no worries - I can have a gardener come in to take care of them. May not be so great for pets as some plants may be toxic. On the plus side, there is a dog park close by. I've never had pets here so there's no hair or pet odour. I'm a non-smoker and you should be too. This is my primary residence so it feels like home; I take care of my space and I am looking for someone who would do the same while I escape the Canadian cold season (October to April). I am looking for a responsible person to take care of my home while I'm away and enjoy all of the comforts that I've grown to love: open concept high ceilings, view of the trees, cute outdoor space, and the ideal spot for working and nesting.
