Description
If you want to hang out in North Berkeley Ca. in a big artistic home near downtown Berkeley and don't mind feeding and caring for our 2 cats, this is a great spot. We also have an oldish Mercedes you can drive, a big garden with a deck where you can relax and enjoy the sun. Walk to Trader Joes or Andronicos and some of the best restaurants in the USA. Public transportation (Bart) is 4 blocks away and the University is a ten minute walk. Tilden Park is a 5 minute drive where you can explore the trails and gardens. This is a prime location.
