The Altbau was renovated 2017 with a raw marble kitchen top and good quality stainless steel finishings, original recovered hardwood floors, swinging doors that open the flat all onto each other, and various stucco details. We are a 3-person family away this past year, and have some flexibility with dates. We are also likely to stay abroad, so there is some flexibility. The world famous modernism of Hansaplatz lies just to the other side of a footbridge. We are also a few stops from Museum Island and a short ride from Potsdam, Grunewald and many other lake & forest escapes. Not to mention nearby boat tours, bike rental stands, playgrounds, table tennis and basketball facilities, and a public, newly renovated swimming pool within an extensive sports complex.
