I have lived for 13 years in a large well-furbished, airy 3 bed apartment, using the single bedroom as a study. It is on the first floor of a small safe block with a south facing balcony and quiet friendly neighbours in communal gardens with parking outside. Bedrooms look over Blackheath and Greenwich park, ideal for walking and relaxing. It is well-connected to central London by a short train journey from Lewisham station which is about 10 mins walk, or by cycling or even by a regular scenic ferry service along the river! *London Bridge station is 12 mins by direct train) I am renting it whilst living with my partner nearby. Blackheath village is about 15 mins walk with cafes and bookshops and a farmers market. Historic Greenwich with its makers market, station and independent shops is down the hill. It is well connected to transport with the DLR and bus nearby.
