Comments: It is furnished and building has a 24/7 doorman; super is here 50 hours a week. Apartment is walking distance to Columbia/Barnard and to museum mile. Terrace has views of Central and Marcus Garvey Parks. Trader Joes and Whole Foods easily walkable.
