Sunny and quiet one-bed flat in the heart of Dalston, east London

We love our flat in Dalston, and hope you will too. It's really quiet and peaceful, set on a bright residential street, yet a 5 minute walk (or less) brings you into the bustling heart of one of the coolest parts of Hackney. The flat has windows facing both east and west, meaning there is plenty of light throughout the day. You are a short walk from two overground stations and a really good bus network, which give easy connection to The City (20m) central university campuses and the West End (30m). We usually cycle (similar timings) as it's an easy enjoyable cycle and there are rental bikes available locally. The flat is bright, spacious and comfortable. There is one bedroom with a king-size bed and a very comfortable mattress. There is also plenty of storage and a desk. The living room has a large corner sofa and a 4 seat dining table. We have very fast wifi, a projector that you can connect to via chromecast to stream Mubi or Netflix etc, and a Sonos speaker for your music. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and gets the morning sun. There is an oven and induction hob. The bathroom has a large cast iron bathtub and an overhead shower with great water pressure. From the photos you'll also see there are books all over which you're welcome to browse and read if you like. Outside we have a small garden where we grow veg all year round and we also have a seating area. You're welcome to help yourself to any veg that look ready to eat. The local area, Dalston, is known for its restaurants and bars as well as having a really nice community feel.
