Comments: Lovely, 1st floor 1+ Bedroom apt in beautiful Victorian house w/hardwood floors, living room, eat-in-kitchen, bedroom w/walk-in closet, nice bathroom & small room (small bedroom or) office. No smoking. Minimum stay may be negotiated to 3 months.
