I am an 82-year-old retired secondary school educator and artist. Originally from Trinidad, I have lived in this home and Columbus since the 1970s. We renovated the home in the 2000s, so the kitchen features all modern cabinets and appliances. The basement is very cozy and would be available for use by the tenant. So, though I am listing this as one room, in reality, the renter would be more or less splitting the house with me. I am quiet and neat and looking for the same in a tenant. My children and grandchildren live near by and check on me regularly. I am looking to provide an affordable housing opportunity to someone looking to further their education or career.

Comments: The room available for rent is in a 4bd family home with only one other current occupant. There is a full bathroom available right across the hall from the room that will only be used by the tenant.
