Beautiful 95-sqm mid-century modern flat in a classic early 20th century building in the centre of Berlin. Sun pours in through the high double windows from both the West and South, and the 3,4--metre ceilings create a bright, open atmosphere in this first-floor space. Original stucco and exposed brick preserve the historical charm; the balcony sits among trees in the quiet inner courtyard. Since our photoshoot we have upgraded our home-office setup. We now have an adjustable desk (for standing or sitting) as well as a small walking pad you can use while working. We offer a fantastic location. We are within a ten-minute walk of an immense variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets, as well as a lovely stroll along the canal. We are within a few minutes walk from reaching U-bahn lines 1, 3 and 8.
