Lux 3-Bed Duplex near Oxford Street

This apartment is in an amazing location (close to Regent's Park and Oxford Circus), has an ample supply of linen, excellent internet and Saskia is extremely caring and attentive. However, persistent maintenance issues (plumbing, heating, broken doors) need fixing before the property can be fully recommended. There is a prohibition on opening the windows in the master bedroom and lounge/kitchen area. Security was compromised because the building manager (who is not part of the Adjoin team but who has his own key to the apartment) entered the apartment twice without warning/authorisation. Communication was generally very good until the final week (and weekend) when no warning was given re invasive/noisy window repair works/scaffolding.
