Our home is located in the family oriented Warrendale section of Waltham, just on the border with Watertown, Belmont and Newton. It is a corner lot with a lovely manicured front lawn with two large mature maple trees and a very large backyard with a deck off the back of the house. The home is officially three beds and two full baths, however, a secondary living room can serve as a fourth bedroom if required. There are original hardwood floors throughout most of the house. There is a giant(600 sq ft) family room with 15 ft cathedral ceilings that is bathed in light from a wall of windows on one end and a large bay window on the other where you will no doubt spend much of your time! There is a brand new washer and dryer on the main floor. High speed internet and wifi are included as are some utilities and lawn care. There is easy access to a variety of universities in the area. We are incredibly close to Bentley University(3 min) and a short drive to Brandeis(12 min) Boston College and Harvard(18 min) as well as Northeastern and other downtown schools(20 min) Fitzgerald elementary school is a short 5 min walk and Waltham High School is about 2 miles away. There is public transit via bus from the end of the street and it is about a mile to the commuter rail which is just three stops to downtown Boston.
