**Sublet Available: August 10-30 2026 – Fully Furnished Apartment at The Taft** I’m away for the summer of 2026 and looking to sublet my fully furnished 12th-floor apartment at The Taft on College Street. Located directly across from the Yale University campus in the heart of Downtown New Haven, it’s a perfect spot for those who value convenience and charm. Restaurants, shops, and parks are all steps away, and Union Station, with frequent trains to New York, is easily walkable. If you drive, a convenient parking garage is located next door. The apartment was sublet by a colleague for most of the summer, and I’m now looking for someone to sublet in August. I prefer a sublet of 2 weeks, and am happy to offer a discounted rate for a stay of this length or 20 days. However, I’m open to shorter sublets if needed (minimum 1 week).
