We’re looking for a professional, researcher, graduate student, academic. Cleanliness is a must. You’ll have your own private bedroom. We cooperate with each other to live in harmony with a good vibe. You can rent one BR only with sharing common spaces for $1,200 or rent without sharing for 2,400 per month. Everything is included except ac, you'll pay for your use. I can explain more when we talk. Owner is very responsive, lives on the floor below. Building's quiet time is 11 pm. We slow down, read, watch tv, computer use. No cooking, cleaning, running or disturbing others. Ask me for video.
