Enjoy comfortable city living on iconic St Kilda Road Melbourne in this modern apartment with gym and pool access, 24/7 concierge and secure entry, and excellent public transport connections—tram and train. It's close to the NGV and Arts Precinct, just opposite the Shrine of Rememberance and the beautiful Botanic Gardens, and only a short tram ride to the beach or Crown Casino Convention Centre. This is my home in Melbourne city. It’s safe, comfortable, and convenient with 24/7 concierge. I’m a lecturer at the University of Melbourne (direct tram or train to campus) and will be working with universities in Asia from November to January in the new year. If you are a fellow academic or researcher and want to spend summer in Melbourne for work or pleasure, I'm happy to talk around dates that work for us both. It is a one bedroom fully self-contained apartment including European laundry and a King size bed can be transformed into two comfortable single beds if preferred. The location is close to everything but removed enough to be peaceful, especially on the weekends. Note: for those forward planners out there, I am also travelling again in 2027 from June for several months.
