Our one bedroom apartment is small but well-equipped for a cozy winter month, for the latter half of August and most of September. Located between Albert Park and Prahan Market, it's also ten minutes from the beach by bike and twenty minutes from CBD by train. You'll have full use of everything seen in the photo, and our good friends will be nearby if any problems arise. You're welcome to use one or both folding bicycles during your stay - though please be sure to bring them into the building and carry up the stairs to secure them overnight. 550/week covers costs so long as most of the period away is subletted, and there is a bit of flexibility for making that happen. Much shorter periods will require us to charge more, but this will still be a far better option than Airbnb. Rent is somewhat negotiable if you're able to commit for the whole period, as it ensures stability for the cat! THE CAT: The cat is named Maxine (aka Meowxine). She is tremendously cuddly. We cannot emphasise this enough. She'll need to be fed and given water, her (scent-free) litter scooped and refilled once in a while, we'll provide all that you need for this. She is low maintenance in all ways but she will get lonely if you're always out. She doesn't require nonstop attention, but will absolutely look to rest on or against you if given any opportunity.
