I am a phd in quantum physics, working in data science. I have lived and worked in Berlin for many years; I have spent 10 interesting years rich in experience in my home on Dresdner Strasse. Presently, I am exploring new directions and spend increasingly less time in Berlin, opening up the opportunity for someone else to inhabit my lovely flat for a while. I am looking for a working professional (or couple) who will take joy in the benefits and pleasure of living in Berlin. The flat offers 68 cozy square meters on the 5th floor and is fully furnished. Moreover, it's got a truly large terrace with bamboo growths for the ones who, like myself, appreciate low maintenance gardening. It's an ideal sabbatical home.
