This beautifully located self-contained garden flat occupies the ground floor of a Victorian terrace and comes fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable London stay, including bedding, towels, cookware, and crockery. Situated in leafy North London, in the vibrant and characterful neighbourhood of Stroud Green, our flat is just an 8-minute walk from Finsbury Park Station (Zone 2), one of London’s best-connected rail and Underground hubs. Oxford Circus is only 15 minutes away, and there are direct trains to Gatwick Airport. Stansted Airport is also easily accessible, making European travel straightforward. As well as being ideally placed for London’s key universities, the flat makes an excellent base for exploring London’s world-class cultural attractions, including the British Museum, British Library, West End theatres, and galleries. Closer to home, Stroud Green offers an excellent selection of independent cafés, restaurants, pubs, and the highly regarded Park Theatre. Spacious by London standards, the apartment is on the ground floor and may suit guests seeking easier access. Please note, however, that there are two steps down to the kitchen area. And finally, one of the flat’s highlights: the garden, which is a wonderful place to relax after a day spent in uni. We’re both retired higher-education professionals, and are hoping, ideally, for someone on sabbatical/Year Abroad to rent the apartment. Happy to chat by whatsapp whenever suits!
