We lived in this great apartment for 35 years and it just keeps getting better. You, a family on sabbatical or student group, would have the run of the place for the coming months. The location is convenient for long walks along Flamengo and Botafogo beaches, and there are abundant dining, entertainment and services nearby, including two major shopping malls, movie theaters and numerous full size supermarkets as well as weekly street fairs. You can easily bike to work at the Praia Vermelha campus of UFRJ, and other universities are in reach by metro, bus and/or ferry. A dedicated space in the parking garage and full-time doormen are available to help with any needs. The use of the terrace, deck and swimming pool is shared with our neighbor from the 17th floor. They will be in touch to determine sharing arrangements and times.
