Beautiful 2-storey house in a great neighbourhood in east Ottawa. There are 3 bedrooms and an office upstairs. The main floor has a large living room with fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen. The house is bright and clean. The back yard has a gorgeous swimming pool and deck area. There are English and French schools close by. It is 15 minutes drive to University of Ottawa or 30 minutes by transit. It is 20 minutes drive to Carleton University or 1 hour by transit. This is a home that is fully equipped! There are linens and towels. We love cooking so the kitchen is well-equipped. There is an eating area in the kitchen as well as a separate dining room. Upstairs, you will find the primary bedroom, with a walk-through closet and ensuite powder room. There is a bathroom with tub and shower. There are three additional rooms, one with a double bed, one with a single bed and large desk that has been used as an office, and a smaller room that is furnished as an office. There is a family room in the basement with a TV, games and office area. The laundry room is also in the basement. We particularly enjoy that the house is less than 1 km from the Ottawa River. There are great walking and cycling areas by the river. In the winter, there are nordik ski trails that are groomed.
