Description
I'm a journalist/writer and my husband is a therapist. We have two young daughters, ages four and seven and a dog. We may be traveling while someone is staying in the apartment. We are looking for someone who will be responsible while staying in the house and hope they enjoy their stay.

Comments: We live upstairs in the main house. We have small children who wake early. The bedroom in the rental unit is below our kitchen so you may hear tiny footsteps in the morning, but we have a sound machine.

Comments: There is an incline to walk up to the house. It's a five minute walk to a supermarket and coffee shop and a 25 minute walk to Rockridge, which has many shops and the BART stop. On street parking in front of the house.

Comments: The apartment is on the ground floor of a three floor house, which all was renovated in 2022. There is a separate entrance to the apartment and a locked door between the apartment and the main house.
