Newly-Renovated 1 BD/1BA Home in Beautiful and Historic Avignon

Everything about the apartment is outstanding. It is in a perfect, quiet location in the heart of the old city, with responsive hosts who made great recommendations. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, and even a laundry room. The bedrooms are quiet with no street noise. Even the windows in the living room overlook a mostly quiet street. The loft office/TV room was great for afternoon naps.

This is the perfect little apartment in Avignon for anyone looking to spend time in this beautiful historic city! I rented the place for a month, and found it to be absolutely ideal for my goal, which was to read and relax. It is equipped with every amenity one could ask for, except for laundry which can be conveniently found at the launderette just around the corner. Just within the walls of the city, it's an easy and very pretty walk to any of the historic and cultural sites. There is also an e-bike station close by, which I found very convenient for day-trips out to Villeneuve. Bill and the caretaker Saadia were both very welcoming and responsive, answering all of my queries and making me feel right at home. Would highly recommend!

C'est un très joli petit 2 pièces, avec séjour/cuisine et chambre et salle de bain séparées, complètement renové, avec tout le confort possible (et même un lave vaisselle à la cuisine), très clair avec une belle vue sur le jardin.Complètement indépendant avec accès direct sur la rue, il suffit de monter un étage en entrant pour être dans un endroit parfait pour des séjours académiques (à 200 mètres de l'université d'Avignon) ou culturels à Avignon (car très près du centre ville). La communication avec William est très rapide et sympatique. Je recommande vivement son appartement.
