Spacious and charming 215 m2 apartment, 7 divisions with a big open kitchen (36m2) and 4 bedrooms. I live there with 2 female academics, my sweet cat, and we are searching for our 4th community member. Available is the biggest sleeping room with a lovely balcony to the garden with sunset light (40 m2) - 160x200cm size bed. The big bedroom with a balcony costs 1180€/month. The price includes rent, electricity, water, heating, garden service, internet, and cleaning service twice a month. The common spaces include the large living room/kitchen, one bathroom, one toilet, and an extra room with a single bed for guests or/and for laundry. Each of the 4 tenants, including me, has their own shoe cabinet, food storage cupboard, and shelf in the bath. I'm mostly away; I teach in Karlsruhe half the time.
