Description
This is a recently renovated apartment in a historical building (national monument) in the heart of Amsterdam. It is an easy (10-15 min) walk to Amsterdam's Central Station, and well connected by public transport to all parts of Amsterdam, as well as other major cities. The living room overlooks a canal and a garden accessible only for the residents of the building. In the summer, you can seat by, picnic, and swim in the canal! The bedroom faces a court-yard, which is quiet and full of plants. One has a feeling of peace and quiet next to the busy city center. The apartment has been renovated. The bathroom is brand new, and the rooms are charming. It really is a quintessential Amsterdam! My home is ideal for a single individual or a couple. It is not suited for children. I am looking for responsible and mature tenants, who will appreciate the charm of a historical building with all modern conveniences, urban walks and discoveries, fine dining, and peaceful lifestyle. I will ask you to water my balcony plants once in a while. This is a rare find in a city as expensive as Amsterdam!
