We are renting out our apartment in central Berlin. It is in Ackerstrasse, one of the best locations in the city. The apartment was just renovated with new floors, kitchen, furniture and freshly painted. It is in traditional Altbau style with period features and high ceilings. It has one bedroom, a spacious main living room, a brand new kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful historical building on a quiet but very central street. One of the best supermarkets in the city is opposite the apartment and excellent restaurants, cafe and bars are within 2 minutes walk. The ubahn and tram are also within 5 minutes walk (and S-bahn at Nordbahnhof is around 10 minutes walk away). We adore the location and the apartment is bright, airy and very comfortable for a single visitor or couple.
