We're two educators renting out our house while on sabbatical in Alaska. Dates can be flexible, let us know what you need! House is fully furnished. - 1 large bedroom with a king bed - 1 guest room with a pull-out sofa bed (Sofa-bed is very comfortable! There is also drawers and a closet in this room, so fully functional as a bedroom) - 1 office - 1 bathroom Other perks: - air conditioning - 1 reserved parking space + plenty of easy street parking - the house has a large back porch that looks onto the Wissahickon park: a big flowering tree canopy - the backyard has a trailhead that leads directly into the Wissahickon trail network, dozens of miles of walking and biking trails by the river Transit - the 9 bus is a few blocks away, runs every 20 minutes, and is a straight ride to 30th st. station and through all of center city -regional rail is also walkable from the house We'd love a renter to enjoy this space while we are gone. Can knock some off rent if you would like to help water the plants and mow the lawn.
