1st floor flat in a beautiful late 19th century building. It has very high ceiling and gets a lot of light. It is on a calm street and is very peaceful. It has access to one of the most admired private gardens in Edinburgh (Belgrave Gardens). There is a small entrance hall, two average sized bedrooms, and lots of storage space. Very nice views from all windows. Most of the furniture is from early 20th century and made in Scotland or France. Both the main and the second bedroom have very comfortable futon mattresses. The flat is a small walk from restaurants and cafes in Stockbridge and also through its private gardens has direct access to the Dean's Village and Water of Leith walk. It has all amenities and stable, high speed internet.
