We are happy to share our lovely garden apartment in leafy Belmont. The unit is on the raised ground floor with its own private garden and is one half of a two-family home. It has newly redone hardwood floors throughout, tons of light, a lovely back porch, garage parking in the driveway, and AC/heating units in the rear bedroom, living room, kitchen, and back porch. There are two TVs, one in the main bedroom and one in the living room. The unit has high-speed internet included. There is a small office off the living room with a Danish modernist desk and chair; it's a great place to work. The living room has a charming bay window and a (non-operational) fireplace with classic brickwork. This is perfect for a visiting academic who wants a no hassle stay and an easy commute to all universities in the area.
