As an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto, I will be spending the summer away from the city and am seeking a responsible individual to rent my apartment during this time. The apartment is thoughtfully furnished and well cared for, and I’m looking for a tenant who values a peaceful environment and will treat the space with the same care and respect. Ideal for someone seeking a tranquil home base with easy access to Toronto’s vibrant academic and cultural offerings. I kindly ask that the tenant be attentive to cleanliness, maintain a tidy living space, and be mindful with the apartment’s furnishings and contents. This home is important to me, and I hope to find someone who will enjoy and appreciate it as much as I do.
