My partner and I spent two years living in this beautiful 2-bedroom condo in Edgewater. We recently finished our PhDs at the University of Chicago and we're moving to Florida for new jobs. We're looking for a reliable tenant(s) who will love the space as much as we do! The condo has updated appliances, including built-in AC, electric stove, and dishwasher. We enjoy working in the front sunroom, with beautiful natural light. We share the backyard with our neighbors. There is a free washer and dryer in the basement. Easy access to restaurants and coffee shops in Edgewater and Andersonville, Hollywood and Pratt beaches, the lakefront trail, and groceries stores like Devon Market and Whole Foods. For fellow academics, the condo is half a mile to the Northwestern intercampus shuttle and a quick walk from Loyola University Chicago. It's also a block away from the nearest bus stop, where you can catch the 36, 151 and 155, and a half-mile from the red and purple line L. The condo is fully furnished. Ideally we would like to sublet from September 1st - December 31st, but dates are somewhat flexible, with the possibility of extending through the spring of 2027. Utilities included.
