We are looking for a responsible professional or Student who would like a cosy space which is private, quiet and equipped with everything you need. A small kitchenette to prepare meals, a modern shower bathroom, bedroom and sitting area with a small sofa and a desk. This flat is a "in-law suite" or private guest annexe that we've created when we added a 2 story side extension to our home. You have your own private entrance/front door, total (locked) separation / from the main house and privacy. Looking for quiet, responsible individuals who want to use the space as a home to relax and retreat or a base when working in the near by hospitals, schools, universities or what ever brings you to London.

Nightlife , museums and markets found within walking distance. Within a 15 minute walk from the house, you will find trains to take you to London Bridge Rail Station or the Orange Overground line to central London, North London or cool areas in East London like Shoreditch. Comments: This is a completely private space. Private entrance, bathroom, bedroom, small livingroom/office with a pull out sofabed, and kitchen/dining area. The space is attached to my private home as a guest suite/granny annexe.
