This neighbourhood is known for its diverse community, local shops, restaurants and parks. We are on the back side of a duplex so we enjoy a quiet area with lots of surrounding trees. We are also a 15-20 min walk to the skytrain that gives you access to many campuses in the greater Vancouver area. We are looking for a tenant who shares our love for people and taking care of our planet. The suite is ideal for one person, completely independent with great sound proofing.
