Amazing View Abundant Wildlife Newly Renovated 2BR/2BA Close to IC/Cornell.

Looking to rent our 2 BR / 2 Bath, recently renovated mid-century modern ranch, ideally from November 1 to April 30 but we're flexible. This house is a very popular Airbnb rental in the summer and fall, with a perfect 5 star rating (I'm also a Super Host). The house is very comfortable and has a gorgeous view. The dining room, living room and kitchen are open concept so easy to converse with family or guests while cooking. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, Miele coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine and everything you might need for cooking. The dining room table seats 6. The living room also easily seats 6. The Office/Flex Room adjoining the Master Bedroom has a flip down sofa that opens to approximately double bed size in case you have overnight guests (it can also function as a child’s bedroom). New Saatva beds (King in Master, Queen in 2nd BR). The shower in the new Master Bath has marble tiling. The 2nd Bath has a shower/tub combination and a washer and dryer. Bidets in both bathrooms. Easy parking for 3 cars, but can accommodate more if you have guests. The house is on a long private driveway, about 400' off the main road, which gives it a very secluded feel even though it’s only 7-8 minutes from the Commons and 10-12 minutes from Ithaca College or Cornell. Lots of birds visit the bird feeders and you may see deer, foxes, woodchucks and wild turkeys as well as the chipmunks and squirrels that clean up any spill from the bird feeders. The large grass backyard includes a big patio, with a grill and fire pit. The driveway turns into a Town preserve / walking path which also connects to trails on nearby Ecovillage's property and the YMCA's Wilderness area (hundreds of acres of trails, open to all). Wonderful for a morning or after work hike right out the front door, as short or as long as you like. We live on the next (last) house farther up the driveway (lots of greenery and trees in between, 6 acres) so we're nearby if anything comes up. We have storage in the basement of the house but very rarely need to access it, and the basement entrance is on the far side of the house from the front door and very discreet so you will have privacy. We keep the driveway / parking spaces plowed, but tenant is responsible for cleaning off steps unless we make an alternative arrangement. Anywhere you live in Ithaca you will need either very good all season radial tires or snows in the winter.
