One bedroom in my 4 BR/2BA house, 3 housemates altogether

1 of 2 upstairs bedrooms is exclusively yours and the bathroom is shared with the occupant of the 2nd bedroom-an easygoing retired woman. My bedroom is on the main level The main level has dining room, double living room, kitchen, balcony off the kitchen down to backyard, and bathroom. The basement level has the laundry and storage, and access to a private unit which is occupied by a long-term tenant. The house is charming and unique, the kitchen is fairly new and is well-maintained. The house is clean although not meticulous. The two upstairs bedrooms can be furnished by you or by me, your choice. The first four photos show one of the upstairs bedrooms and the bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is nearly equivalent. Most of the year it's just me and a 10 year old terrier who will be in the house-. I work at home approx 1/2 the week. My young adults are here for stretches of 1-3 weeks, mostly throughout the summer. I would consider a dog larger than 25 lbs. if it's well behaved. Children welcome.
