This listing is for the fully furnished second floor of my three-story row house in Philadelphia’s Graduate Hospital neighborhood. Your space includes: Bedroom with a large closet Private bathroom (shared washer/dryer located inside) Additional room with bookshelves and a daybed — I store some craft supplies and plants here, but otherwise don’t use it My own bedroom, bathroom, and study are on the third floor. The first floor (kitchen, living room, and half bath) will be shared. I will be studying in Italy for the month of October, and during that time I’m offering no rent in exchange for caring for my shy cat. I’ll continue to cover utilities and regular cleaning during my absence. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves cats and wants a comfortable, quiet home base in a central neighborhood.
