CUNY professor seek roommate to rent lower level of 2 floor condo to independent, responsible academic. (I'm a Columbia BA/Yale PhD graduate from the Caribbean.) Furnished, private entrance, large bedroom (full size bed), own bathroom, living area with desk and dining table, fridge, food prep area (hot plate/slow cookers, no stove), sink, utensils. Laundry in building. Utilities included. Owner lives above (internal stairs connects the two levels). 3 month minimum preferred, 9 month maximum. 2 large windows in living area, small window in bedroom. Quiet unit away from street but must be ok with ambient noises (footsteps, quiet boiler).
