Welcome to my home in Onset - a colorful and eclectic retreat celebrating the magical lands where sand meets sea! I'd love to share my sunny, professionally-designed 3 bed/1 bath with you. Please treat it with kind and respect, as I would for you and yours. With 2 min walk to a secluded shared beach, and 10 min walk to Onset center to find great restaurants, coffee, a food mart, live music, and family events! Rent a kayak, canoe, boat (certificate required), or just relax on the sand! +Entire cottage with a 2 minute walking distance to the beach +2 off-street parking spots for your use (2 car max) +You got the entire place to yourself! +Fully enclosed porch with 3 rocking chairs to relax while drinking a cup of coffee +Fun beach chairs, pool rings, and other beach gear for you to borrow +In-unit laundry (it's a combo washer/dryer and will take longer than the more standard separate appliances) +Super fast WiFi (Verizon's been pretty good, and they've surprisingly been great with customer service) +Cozy at 943 sq ft. +TV on a mount to shift the perspective depending on where you're sitting +Board games - I got lots of 'em! +Same with books - I got plenty! +I have all the proper utensils, appliances, etc. should you need them. +Extra linens, blankets, pillows, towels, cooking utensils, they're here to borrow! +I got toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, and whatever is in the fridge/freezer/cabinets to use during your stay +Deck with a big umbrella to have outdoor dinners or breakfasts +Backyard with 2 lounge chairs to relax in the sun if you don't want to head down the street to the beach +The neighbors are great. I'm friendly with most of them, so I would like for you to please be courteous. Please respect the quiet hours (10PM-8AM)
