I am a lecturer at UEA, but spend non-term time away from Norwich, in York with my partner. Our Norwich home is a clean, freshly painted terrace with close access to local pubs and the shops and restaurants of the Unthank Road. We are a 5 minute walk from the 25 bus, which goes straight to town and to the UEA. The downstairs comprises: dining room, living room, kitchen, and full shower room. Upstairs are two double bedrooms; the back bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom. The garden is a real suntrap for enjoying a coffee or cocktail in the warmer months.

Comments: Over the summer, the entire house is available. In term time, the whole house is available over holidays and long weekends. A room is available for folks traveling alone while I am in residence during term time! Please message to inquire.
