One of us occupies the two rooms upstairs and smokes, but only in his study. He also has a dog—calm, quiet, friendly, and usually kept upstairs when indoors—so this home would suit someone comfortable around dogs. We keep the house very tidy, enjoy cooking, and appreciate cultural activities. While we’re friendly and respectful, we also value personal space and quiet; this is a home that prioritises calm rather than constant socialising. We’re looking for someone independent, considerate, and comfortable with a peaceful, low-key living environment.
