Come sublet my extraordinary 1.5+-bedroom for the Fall 2026 academic semester (approx August 30-late December, 2026; dates a little flexible). I’ve lived here for over 15 years and LOVE this apartment! It’s huge, very sunny, and perfectly located in Cambridge. I call it a 1.5+ bedroom because there’s a queen-sized bedroom PLUS a separate room that I use as an office. The office could theoretically be turned into a twin-bed second bedroom, though I think it works better as a work space. ROOMS INCLUDE: --a large living room (with beautiful wood floors, a large couch, table and chairs, plenty of bookshelves, and lovely art from around the world) --an open kitchen, with all modern appliances --cute bathroom with a “Cambridge-style” antique claw-foot bathtub --And then the two remaining rooms: the bedroom (with huge floor-to-ceiling windows!) and the small separate room, which currently has a great desk, fancy office chair, huge mirrored closet, etc. There's also a small PRIVATE deck off the bedroom, accessible only to you. It currently has a little love seat and plants, and overlooks a shared backyard. Lovely little oasis for escaping the city... The apartment is fully furnished, though I can leave you plenty of storage space - notice all the closets. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to all of Cambridge’s main “Squares” – Harvard, Inman, Central Squares. Perfectly located. I’m traveling for work and want to find someone super responsible to take care of my great home while I’m gone! Rent is $2850 month. I'll ask for a refundable security deposit as well.
