Description
We are a family of five, with three young kids. Our home is set up for family life and is very comfortable and cosy. We have an open flow dining and kitchen area, the heart of the home. A spacious hallway connects three bedrooms and a lounge with tv and L-shaped sofa. One bedroom has a super king sized bed, one has a bunk bed, and the other is a single with a desk. There is a front garden with space for a car, facing south and is a lovely sun trap. The private fenced rear garden is large with swingset, slide, and fruit trees.

Comments: We have brand new underfloor heating throughout. You will not be cold! (A treat for Scotland). Home is all on the ground level. This is a 4-plex. There is one flat above and one on one side. Very peaceful home and the road is very very quiet.
